Educational Requirements:

  • Intermediate or equivalent education

  • Must have passed the Patwar course

  • Name must be registered in the District Collector’s Patwar candidates register

📌 Terms and Conditions:

  • All eligible candidates must appear for a screening test conducted by ETEA.

  • Any candidate found ineligible at any stage during the verification process may be disqualified.

  • Test/interview notifications will be sent via SMS only—keep your mobile number active.

  • Recruitment will be made on a temporary basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government rules.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

  • No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for test/interview.

  • The competent authority reserves the right to make changes in the number of posts.

  • Government employees must apply through their respective departments and submit a NOC (No Objection Certificate).

  • Original documents must be presented on the day of the interview.

  • Age relaxation will be granted only to shortlisted and eligible candidates.

📥 Application Procedure:

  1. Create a profile on the ETEA website.

  2. Print the NADRA e-Sahulat token and get your CNIC (ID card) verified from any e-Sahulat franchise.

  3. After verification, print the deposit slip and submit the non-refundable exam fee through Easypaisa or JazzCash.

  4. All relevant information and roll number slips will be available on the ETEA website and communicated via SMS.

  5. No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test.

🔒 Important Instructions:

  • Keep soft copies of your photo and documents for reference.

  • Submit the exam fee using your own CNIC number only.

  • If the fee is not verified, the application will be withheld.

  • Ensure that the online application form is filled out completely and accurately—false or incomplete information may lead to legal action.
