SITUATION VACANT

The Khyber Medical University Hospital & Research Center (KMU-H&RC), Peshawar invites applications from residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following administrative positions.

1 Network Administrator Equivalent to BPS-17 (Fixed Pay Basis) 01 Qualification (Option 1):
• Master’s or equivalent degree (16 years of education) with First Division in Computer Science / IT, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent certification is required.
• At least 03 years of relevant experience in a public sector university, degree-awarding institute, or public sector organization recognized by HEC.

Qualification (Option 2):
• Master’s or equivalent degree (16 years of education) with Second Division in Computer Science / IT, duly recognized by HEC.
• CCNA certification or equivalent is required.
• At least 05 years of relevant experience in a public sector university, degree-awarding institute, or public sector organization recognized by HEC.
2 Receptionist (IT Support) Equivalent to BPS-14 (Fixed Pay Basis) 02 Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (BSCS, BSIT, or equivalent).

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software installation.
• Hands-on experience in LAN/Wi-Fi configuration, troubleshooting, and printer setup.
• Familiarity with Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) will be considered an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of database systems, user accounts, and data backup procedures.
• Excellent communication and user support skills, particularly in a hospital environment.
