Situation Vacant (Emergency Recruitment)

Khyber Medical University (KMU) requires the services of a qualified professional on an emergency basis for a short-term/fixed-term Mental Health Assessment and Follow-up Project.

Position Details

  • Position: Admin / Finance / Knowledge & Information Management Officer

  • Number of Positions: 01

  • Duty Location: Peshawar

  • Employment Type: Short-term / Fixed-term Contract

Eligibility Criteria

1. Required Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, IT, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum of 03 years of professional experience in project administration, financial management, or data/information management.

  • Skills: Prior experience in project-based documentation, reporting, and coordination is highly preferred.

2. Main Responsibilities

  • Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and logistical support to the project team.

  • Information Management: Maintain, organize, and secure vital project files, data repositories, and knowledge management systems.

  • Financial Support: Assist in the preparation, tracking, and monitoring of the project budget and financial expenses.

  • Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with institutional guidelines and predefined categories/milestones.

  • Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the strict eligibility criteria will be contacted for further testing or interviews.

  • Local Context: Candidates familiar with the local language and regional context of Peshawar/KPK will be given preference to facilitate emergency project operations.
