SITUATION VACANT

Khyber Medical University invites applications for the following positions on a contract basis under a donor-funded project for a fixed-term period, as detailed below:

1 Call Centre Supervisor / Feedback System Manager Peshawar 01 Qualification: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Communications or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in client feedback mechanisms, call centre setup and operations or social research.
Fluency in Pashto and English is required, preferred.
2 Data Specialist / Dashboard Developer Peshawar 01 Qualification: Degree in Statistics, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in dashboard development, online data collection platforms, database design and visualization, and quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Knowledge of the local context will be preferred.
3 Phone Agents Peshawar 08 Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, or Intermediate with excellent English communication skills.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing inbound/outbound telephone-based data collection, customer screening, or social research interviewing.
4 Enumerators 2 per district – Mardan, Malakand, Kohat, and Chitral 08 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or any health-related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in health-related surveys. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and command of Urdu and Pashto, with the ability to conduct interviews and use digital data collection platforms on Android mobiles.
