Karachi & Hyderabad Campuses - Job Opportunities

Applications are invited for various staff positions on a contract basis at NUML University, Karachi and Hyderabad Campuses. Below are the available positions, along with the required qualifications and experience.

Karachi Campus Job Positions

1. Office Assistant

  • Qualification: 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in public or private sector organizations.
  • Preference: Candidates with experience in university or educational institutions.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in computer handling, especially MS Office.
    • Strong drafting skills.

2. LDC (Lower Division Clerk)

  • Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (F.A./F.Sc.).
  • Typing Speed: 30 words per minute (wpm).
  • Preference: Experience working in universities or educational institutions.

3. Computer Lab Assistant

  • Qualification: Graduate plus a 1-year diploma in Computer Science/IT from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Adequate experience in installing operating systems (Windows/Linux) and Windows-based software.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in computer handling, especially MS Office.

Hyderabad Campus Job Positions

1. Driver

  • Qualification: HTV/LTV valid driving license.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant driving experience.
  • Preference: Retired Army personnel with experience in staff car driving.

2. Cook

  • Qualification: Literate with relevant experience.
  • Preference: Hotel or mess cooks will be given preference.

3. Library Attendant

  • Qualification: Minimum Matric (10th grade) with relevant experience.

4. Naib Qasid

  • Qualification: Literate with relevant experience.
  • Age: Physically fit, not more than 45 years.
  • Preference: Ex-Army personnel may also apply.

5. Security Guard

  • Qualification: Literate with relevant experience.
  • Preference: Ex-Army personnel may also apply.

6. Sanitary Worker

  • Qualification: Literate with relevant experience.
