Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency, Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination invites applications from Pakistani Nationals to fill the following positions on a purely contract basis till the completion of the PSDP Project:
“Pakistan Biosafety Clearing House for GMOs Regulation”.

Available Positions

1 National Project Manager (PPS-9) 35-50 yrs 01 - Ph.D./M.Phil. or equivalent in Agriculture Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology / Microbiology / Genetic Engineering / Biological Sciences / Agriculture.
- 12 years’ experience at BS-17 or above in Govt./Semi Govt./Reputable Organization.
- Experience in Biotechnology / Biosafety-related assignments, knowledge of relevant MEAs, National Regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to monitor project progress.
- Overall in-charge of project execution.
2 Law Officer (PPS-7) 30-50 yrs 01 - Graduate with LLB degree.
- Good understanding of legal and policy issues in the government sector.
- 5 years experience in Govt./Semi Govt./Reputable Organizations.
3 Field Coordinator (PPS-6) 25-35 yrs 01 - M.Sc./BS in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Agriculture / Microbiology / Biological Sciences.
- Experience in Govt./Semi Govt./Reputable Organizations.
- Practical knowledge of Biosafety, Biotechnology, and Genetic Engineering lab procedures.
4 Inspector / Field Officer (PPS-5) 25-35 yrs 01 - Second class BS degree in Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biological Sciences or Agriculture.
- Practical knowledge of Biosafety, Biotechnology, and Genetic Engineering.
5 Data Entry Operator (PPS-4) 18-25 yrs 02 - F.Sc., ICS or equivalent.
- Understanding of lab techniques, research methods.
- IT skills including data retrieval, collection, and dissemination.
