Criteria Details
Age Limit Maximum 40 Years (Relaxation as per Government policies is already included).
Qualification Minimum 10 years of education with B.Ed. or M.Ed. from an HEC-recognized university.
- Only one second division allowed throughout the academic career (no third division or fail).
Experience Must have 22 years of teaching experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a Master Trainer or Teacher Trainer.
- Note: Experience as a freelancer, part-time, or experience gained during a degree program will not be considered.
Domicile Must be a domicile holder of the Punjab Province. Candidates can only apply for their own district.
Skills Strong communication, dissemination, and interpersonal skills.
Selection Basis Based on the number of vacancies available in each district and the candidate's merit position as per PEF criteria.

3. Position Details & Vacancies

  • Salary: Rs. 112,500/- per month + other allowances as per the PEF HR Manual.

5. Application Procedure

Step 1: Online Application

  • Visit the PEF official website (https://www.pef.edu.pk) or the CTS website (https://www.ctspak.com) to check the detailed job description.

  • Submit the "On-line Application Form" via the link on the CTS website before 14 September 2026, 05:00 PM.

Step 2: Fee Payment

  • Submit the application processing fee through the prescribed challan in any online branch of The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6510003300400063) by 14 September 2026.

  • Note: The deposited amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 3: Submission of Hard Copy
After submitting the online form, candidates must print the completed form, sign every page, and attach the following documents:

  1. Latest CV

  2. Original bank deposit slip

  3. NOC (if required)

  4. Attested copy of Domicile (Punjab Province only)

  5. Attested two passport-size photographs

  6. Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials (Matric to last degree, equivalence certificate, Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, etc.)

  7. Attested experience certificates.

6. Important Notes & Policies

  • Incomplete Applications: Unsigned, incomplete, or applications containing incorrect information will be rejected.

  • Shortlisting: Only top candidates meeting PEF's criteria will be called for a written test/interview. Shortlisting will be done by Central Testing Service Pakistan (CTSPAK).

  • Interview: Candidates with 50% marks in the test will be called for an interview.

  • Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel (NOC required with clear length of service).

  • Rights of PEF: PEF reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.
