Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)
The Program Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), under the project titled "Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIREP)", invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible individuals for the following positions. Consultants will be hired on an individual basis in accordance with PPRA Rules for a one-year period.

- Minimum 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sector. - Experience in implementing large-scale government or donor-funded projects/programs, preferably in Education. - Hands-on experience in developing Annual Work Plans, working papers, concept notes, proposals, and progress reports. - Strong understanding of development processes. |
| 2 | Manager (Strategy & Planning) | - 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Public/Business Administration, or related field from HEC-recognized local/foreign university. - Higher qualifications preferred. |
- Minimum 7 years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sector. - Experience with donor-funded projects preferred. - Strong team-building and organizational skills. |
| 3 | Finance & Accounts Officer | - 16 years of education in Finance, Accounts, CA/ACCA/CIMA, or Business Administration (Finance) from HEC-recognized local/foreign university. - Higher qualifications preferred. |
