Corporate Communications & Media Affairs Department

AVAILABLE POSITIONS


1. Manager – Public Relations & Corporate Communications

Qualification:

  • Master’s / BS degree in Mass CommunicationCommunication Sciences, or Media Management.

  • Additional qualifications in Public RelationsPublic Affairs, or Strategic Communications will be preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Media ManagementCorporate CommunicationsDigital & Social MediaPublic RelationsPublic Affairs, or Public Information within corporate or government sectors.

  • Preference: Retired Major from ISPR with at least 5 years of service in the Public Relations Division.


2. Junior Manager – Digital & Social Media

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital MediaMarketingCommunications, or a related discipline.

  • Additional certifications or experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and TikTok will be preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital and Social Media Management.

  • Proven ability to:

    • Develop and execute social media content calendars.

    • Create engaging content for multiple platforms and audiences.

    • Optimize content using SEO principles.

    • Run and manage paid social media campaigns (preferred).


3. Junior Manager – Content Writer

Qualification:

  • Master’s in English Linguistics or BS in CommunicationsJournalismEnglish, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in content writing or copywriting within a corporate organization or advertising agency.

  • Must possess:

    • solid portfolio demonstrating diverse writing projects.

    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

    • Ability to adapt writing style, tone, and voice for varied audiences and content types.

    • Strong skills in document structuringclient-based revisions, and maintaining clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency.


4. Videographer cum Editor

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film StudiesFilm ProductionAudio-Video ProductionMedia Production, or a related field.

  • Coursework in video production, editing, scriptwriting, and digital media will be advantageous.

Professional Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in planning, shooting, and editing video content for promotional, informational, and social media purposes.

  • Ability to produce high-quality, engaging visual content aligned with organizational goals.

  • Proficiency in:

    • Video cameras and lighting equipment.

    • Editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

    • Animation software (optional but preferred).


5. Graphic Designer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic DesignFine Arts, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.

Professional Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in graphic/content design within a corporate organization, media house, or advertising agency.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects relevant to strategic communications and media.

  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
