HIRING OF CONSULTANTS REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), PESRP, under Transformation in Access, Leaming, Equity and Education Management. (TALEEM) programme invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible individuals for following positions:

Manager Monitoring & Evaluation
Software Engineer (Software Engineer NET)
Process Engineer (Dev Ops)
Quality Assurance Engineer
Required Qualification
As-least Masters Degree or Equivalent (16 years of Education) in Social Sciences, Public Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, Mathematics, from local or foreign university, duly recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Higher qualification will be preferred.
Masters or Bachelors (Hons.) in Computer Science/IT/Artificial Intelligence (Al) or related field from a foreign on local university recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to Al professional.
Masters or Bachelors (Hons.) in Computer Science/IT or related field from a foreign on local university recognized by HEC. Certified DevOps Engineer will be preferred.
Masters or Bachelors (Hons.) in Computer Science/IT or related field from a foreign or local university recognized by HEC. Knowledge of SQL Injection and Load Testing is desirable. Certified resource will be preffered.
Required Experience
At least seven (07) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience of developing monitoring framework, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting and gap analysis/corrective measures. Demonstrated experience of writing reports with quantitative analysis.
