Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates for the following contract-based positions in the Management Information System (MIS) Unit, Home Department, Government of the Punjab. All positions offer a lump sum pay package and are governed under Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 & Recruitment Policy, 2022.

1. Manager – MIS

No. of Posts: 01

Age Limit: 32 – 45 Years

Qualifications:

MOS, BCS, or BS (Second Division) in:

Computer Engineering

Computer Science

Telecommunication Engineering

Software Engineering

Management Information Systems (MIS)

Information Technology

Degree must be from a HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in:

ICT-based project management (preferably in public sector)

Hardware and software planning/implementation

Expert-level certification in:

System Administration OR

Network Administration OR

Cyber Security

Additional Requirement:

Must be registered as an Engineer with PEC (if applicable to discipline)

2. Database Administrator

MCS, BC, or equivalent (Second Division) in:

Software Engineering

Recruitment is purely on contract basis under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004.
