Career Opportunity – Director Nursing Services

Position Overview

Title: Director Nursing Services

  • The role is intended for a Post Graduate Nurse with a Master’s in Nursing or an equivalent degree from an HEC and PNC recognized university.

  • The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in senior nursing management positions within a tertiary care setup.

  • The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to the nursing workforce, including:

    • Formulating, educating, and training nursing personnel.

    • Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the quality of nursing services.

    • Demonstrating professional qualities conducive to positive interpersonal relationships, team management, and capacity building.

    • Integrating latest nursing principles into clinical practice.

    • Experience with JCIA-accredited hospitals (local or international) is considered an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Post Graduate Nurse with Master’s in Nursing or equivalent (HEC & PNC recognized).

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in senior management in tertiary care.

  • Skills & Competencies: Leadership, training, team management, clinical integration of updated nursing standards, excellent interpersonal and professional qualities.
