S. No Position & Major Responsibilities Qualification & Experience
1 Manager Human Resource
HR Manager shall be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources functions on day to day operational and ongoing strategic basis. Specifically, post holder will be responsible for human resources planning, FIR strategy development, policy development and implementation, legislation compliance, employee relations, medical manpower management, recruitment and selection, training and development, superannuation administration, occupational health and human resources administration. HR Manager must ensure that FIR department operates to highest standards and best practices.
Salary: PKR 120,000/- to PKR 180,000/- Depending on qualification and experience		 MSc FIRM or MBA (HRIVI) from a recognize university with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in health care industry / reputable organization with minimum 2 Years' experience at Manager/ Assistant Manager Level.
2 Manager Facilities
The hospital facility manager prepares implements and assures follow-up of structure maintenance strategy, creates and implements safety plans, and efficiently will be supervising the housekeeping, technical team, the biomedical specialist, maintenance specialist, water and sanitation, Pest Control and waste management. Oversees and manages repair, maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and, landscaping and janitorial work .
Salary: PKR 120,000/- to PKR 180,00W- Depending on qualification and experience		 Master Degree in Management/ BS Engineering Services From recognize university with minimum 5years' relevant experience in health care industry/ reputable organization including 2 years' experience at least at Manager/ Assistant Manager Level. Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in health care sector or hospital.
3 Supply Chain Manager
Supply chain Manager must have sound knowledge of KIPPRA rules, encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, material and information flow, distribution, and logistics. The incumbent is responsible for the receiving and distribution of materials, both clinical and non-clinical. It also includes coordination and collaboration with internal and external partners, which may be suppliers, third-party service providers and Hospital staff. Supervises storage control and issuance of materials. Keep informed of price trends, availability of supplies, newitems, and reliability of suppliers.
Salary: PKR 120,000/- to PKR 180,000/- Depending on qualification and experience		 Master in Supply Chain Management /MBA (Finance)/ M.Com from recognize university with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in health care industry / reputable organization including 2 years' experience at least at Manager/ Assistant Manager Level. Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in health care sector or hospital
4 Manager Internal Audit:
Salary: PKR 120,000/- to PKR 180,000/- Depending on qualification and experience		 CA, ACCAMember, MB AFinance, M-Com or equivalent. TheApplicantsmusthave total 5 Years' relevant experience in relevant field Accounting, Finance and Audit with minimum 2 Years' experience in Chartered Accountant Firms or Internal Audit of reputable Organization. Applicants with additional qualification CIA will be preferred.
5 Biomedical Engineer
The Applicants must be fully conversant with all patient care and medical equipment in Operating Units, Intensive Care, Clinical labs, Therapeutic, and diagnostic and all other units related to Bio Medical. Hands on experience with providing preventive and corrective maintenance to medical care equipment.
Salary: PKR 80,000/- to PKR 150,0001- Depending on qualification and experience		 BSC/ RE in Bio Medical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. The Applicants must have Minimum 5 Years' Experience in biomedical and electro medical with minimum 200 bed Hospital and including 1 Year Experience at manager/ assistant manager level.
6 Quality Assurance Manager:
Experience in development or implementation of policies and procedures/ Manuals/internal controls. Prior experience in health care/public sector will be given preference.
Salary: PKR 120,000/- to PKR 180,000/- Depending on qualification and experience		 Candidate having BS/IvIS in TQM or Masters in Business/ Administration/ Commerce/ Management/ CA Finalist/ ACCA with 5 Years' relevant experience. Experience in ISO/JCI Certified Organization will be given preference.
7 Secretary BOG
Salary: PKR 120,000/- to PKR 180,000/- Depending on qualification and experience.		 Member of recognized Professional Accountants/ CA/ ACCA Finalist or Corporate or Chartered Secretaries or holding Master Degree of Business Administration or Commerce or Law Graduate from HEC recognized Institutes/ Universality. Experience: Minimum 5 Years' experience in Chartered Accountant Firm or as Company Secretary or Legal Advisor of reputable organization.
 
  1.
