POSITION/VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and the Nowshera Medical College, operating under the Board of Governors (BOG) as prescribed by the Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act of 2015 and the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, at Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera (MTI Nowshera), invites applications from all over Pakistan for the following positions:

1. ASSISTANT MANAGER SOFTWARE & WEB DEVELOPMENT

Tenure: 3 Years (Extendable)

Qualification:

• BS (04 Years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in enterprise software development, web application development, database design, application support, system integration, and software project implementation in a reputable public or private organization.

• Experience in leading software development and managing web-based projects will be preferred.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate / DevOps Engineer Expert

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle APEX Certification

• ITIL Foundation

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, or equivalent cyber security certification

2. NETWORK MANAGER

Tenure: 3 Years (Extendable)

Qualification:

• BS (04 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in planning, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure in a reputable organization, preferably a tertiary care hospital or healthcare institution.

Experience Should Include:

• Enterprise LAN/WAN and Wireless Networks

• Windows Server Administration

• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)

• Active Directory

• Enterprise Storage (SAN/NAS)

• Network Security and Firewalls

• Data Center Operations

Professional Certifications (Mandatory):

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• Cisco Certified Specialist or CCNP

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Microsoft Certified (Windows Server / Azure Administration) or MCSE

• VMware Certified Associate (VCA) – Data Center Virtualization

• Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) / NSE

• CompTIA Network+

• Palo Alto Networks Certification

• IBM, Dell EMC, HPE, or equivalent infrastructure certifications

3. DATABASE MANAGER

Tenure: 3 Years (Extendable)

Qualification:

• BS (04 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in database administration, database design, performance tuning, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, database security & database support in a reputable public or private organization.

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oracle database & Oracle APEX, Healthcare Information Systems (HMIS), ERP systems, and other enterprise database environments.

• Experience in planning & implementing high-availability database solutions, database migration, & disaster recovery environments will be preferred.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Database Administration

• Oracle Database Administration Certified Associate Professional

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator

• Microsoft SQL Server Certification

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certification

• Linux Administration Certification (RHCSA / RHCE)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

2. Submission: Completed applications must be submitted to the HR MTI NMC/QHAMC Nowshera along with:

   • A crossed deposit slip or Bank Draft / Payment Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of Hospital MTI Nowshera Account, Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex MTI Nowshera Branch, Branch Code 5212, Account Number 102/26.

   • 02 recent photographs

   • CNIC copy

   • All required documents

3. Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement on the prescribed application form.

4. Submission Method: Applications should reach personally or through registered courier. Documents received after the due date will not be considered, even if the Bank Draft is dated within the deadline.

5. Eligibility: Candidates called for interview will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and relevant rules.

6. Salary: Market-based salary shall be offered to the selected candidates of the respective post.

7. NOC Requirement: Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the parent department. Candidates who will be considered for selection must join within 90 days; failure to comply will lead to cancellation.

8. Holiday Clause: If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.

9. Original Documents: Original documents/certificates must be produced at the time of interview.

10. Disqualification: Candidates may be disqualified or debarred from interview if he/she has been found involved in submitting false information or forged documents.

11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
