?? 1. Manager – Fraud Risk Monitoring Unit (01 Position)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and refinement of the digital fraud detection framework

  • Monitor real-time transactions and suspicious activity

  • Coordinate immediate responses to fraud incidents (card blocking, customer alerts)

  • Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and maintain documentation

  • Liaise with Legal and Recovery teams for dispute resolution

  • Prepare fraud-related reports for SBP, management, and internal audits

  • Maintain updated fraud risk policies and SOPs


?? 2. Officer – Fraud Risk Monitoring Unit (02 Positions)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor real-time fraud alerts via FMS

  • Conduct preliminary investigations of flagged transactions

  • Maintain logs of alerts and escalations

  • Assist in data preparation for internal and SBP fraud reporting

  • Recommend system improvements (risk rules, limits, etc.)

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (SBP, AML/CFT)


?? 3. Officer – Fraud Risk Management (01 Position)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development and implementation of fraud policies

  • Maintain comprehensive fraud incident databases

  • Prepare reports on forgeries, thefts, and criminal activities for regulators


?? 4. Manager – IT Governance & Compliance (01 Position)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement IT governance aligned with COBIT, ITIL, ISO standards

  • Ensure IT and digital banking compliance with SBP regulations

  • Act as liaison during IT audits and regulatory inspections

  • Develop and review IT policies (InfoSec, Change Management, etc.)

  • Conduct internal awareness sessions and monitor vendor performance


?? 5. Officer – IT Support (01 Position)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET Core (ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web APIs)

  • Front-end expertise (Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap)

  • Experience with Crystal Reports and microservices architecture

  • Strong programming and troubleshooting skills


?? 6. Officer – Data Center Operator (02 Positions)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor servers, networks, applications, and perform incident escalation

  • Manage backups, system health checks, and hardware troubleshooting

  • Ensure security and environmental compliance in the data center

  • Handle shift handovers and maintain asset records
