Job Opportunities

The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned, non-profit organization established under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is tasked with implementing the World Bank-funded Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) in 16 selected districts of Punjab.

PRMSC is inviting applications for various positions. Details of available vacancies, required qualifications, and experience are as follows:

1. Manager Finance & Budget

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Finance/Commerce/Economics or ACCA/ACMA
• Experience:
  • 7 years of relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting
  • 3 years of experience in similar roles within projects or organizations of comparable size

2. Manager Research

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Statistics, or relevant fields
• Experience:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in research and analysis
  • At least one publication in a recognized journal

3. Manager Software Development

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • BS/BSc in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
• Experience:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in software development and MIS administration

4. Manager Programming

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • BS/BSc in Computer Science/IT/MIS
• Experience:
  • 3 years of relevant experience in computer programming and ICT

5. Assistant Manager IT

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • BS/BSc in Computer Science/IT/MIS
• Experience:
  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT handling (software, hardware, and database management)

6. Procurement Officer

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Finance, or LLB
• Experience:
  • 3 years of relevant experience in procurement

7. Assistant Procurement Officer

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • BSc in Computer Science/IT/MIS or Engineering
• Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in data handling and analysis

8. Contract Officer

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Procurement & Contracts Management or Business Administration
• Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in contracts management

9. Driver

• No. of Positions: Multiple
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Valid driving license
  • 3 years of relevant experience

Location of Positions

The positions are available at PRMSC head office in Lahore as well as field offices in various districts including Noorpur Thal, Khushab, Khed, Kot Momin, Sargodha, Kallar Kabur, Chakwal, Darya Khan, Bhakkar, Pakpattan, Chiniot, Ahmedpur Sial, Jhang, Rojhan, Rajanpur, and others.

2. Completed applications, along with the required documents, must reach the company's office by October 25, 2024, before 4:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
4. The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of three years, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
5. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.
