Job Opportunities
The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company is a government-owned, not-for-profit organization, incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
PRMSC is currently implementing a World Bank-funded project titled:
“Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)” across 16 selected Tehsils of Punjab.
Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions at the Head Office (Lahore).

Note: Salaries are market-based. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Manager (Media Management)
Qualification:
- Master’s / BS degree in Mass Communication, Communication Studies, or Public Relations
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronic media
- Expertise in video production, editing, and documentary making
- Proficiency in using drone cameras, video equipment, and still photography tools
- Strong command over social media management for official communications
2. Graphic Designer
Qualification:
- BS/BSc in Visual Arts, Graphic Designing, or Communications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Graphic design
- Branding and visual communication
- At least 3 years of experience in similar projects or organizations
3. Photographer
Qualification:
- Matriculation
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in photography
