Job Opportunities

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned, not-for-profit organization, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017.

PRMSC is implementing a World Bank–funded project titled “Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)” in 16 selected Tehsils of Punjab Province. Applications are invited from qualified, competent, and motivated professionals for the following positions.

Positions at PRMSC – Head Office (PRMSC-HO)

1. Research Analyst – Gender (PPS-07)

  • Number of Posts: 02

  • Salary: Rs. 207,900 (Market-based)

Qualification:

  • BS / BSc in Sociology, Anthropology, Gender Studies, or Social Sciences

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience, particularly in gender mainstreaming and related areas

Positions at PRMSC – Tehsil Offices (PRMSC-TO)

Locations:
Noorpur Thal (Khushab), Isa Khel (Mianwali), Kot Momin (Sargodha), Kallar Kahar (Chakwal), Darya Khan (Bhakkar), Pakpattan (Pakpattan), Bhawana (Chiniot), Ahmed Pur Sial (Jhang), Rojhan (Rajanpur), Liaqat Pur (Rahim Yar Khan), Taunsa (Dera Ghazi Khan), Kahror Pakka (Lodhran), Khairpur Tamewali (Bahawalpur), Alipur (Muzaffargarh), Bahawalnagar (Bahawalnagar), Shujabad (Multan).

2. Assistant Manager – Water Supply & Sewerage (PPS-07)

  • Number of Posts: 10

  • Salary: Rs. 207,900 (Market-based)

Qualification:

  • BSc in Civil Engineering or Public Health Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience, preferably in water supply systems, sewerage, and infrastructure development

3. Research Analyst – Environment & Social Safeguards (PPS-07)

  • Number of Posts: 02

  • Salary: Rs. 207,900 (Market-based)

Qualification:

  • BS in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, or Social Sciences

Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in environmental and social safeguards

General Information

  • Salaries will be market-based.

  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Initial contract period is 03 years, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
