VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Mardan Medical Complex, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan, invites applications from qualified and competent candidates for merit-based appointment against the following position on a contract basis:

Position Details

Post Title:

Manager (Admin & Facilities Management)

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or Environmental Sciences from a recognized university

  • Minimum 07 years of experience in a managerial or administrative role related to facilities management within the services industry

  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and administration of the following functional areas:

    • Food & Beverages

    • Laundry Services

    • Housekeeping

    • Pest Control

    • Horticulture

    • Waste Management

    • Housing

    • Building maintenance and facilities administration

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the hospitality industry or a major/tertiary care hospital

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Important Notes

  • Any attempt to approach or influence the Selection Committee will result in automatic disqualification

  • The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

  • No correspondence shall be entertained after the final decision

Terms & Conditions

i. The services of the selected candidate shall be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations
ii. Upon appointment, the candidate shall become a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from their current employment (local or foreign), including civil service of any government
iii. Any candidate found guilty of misrepresentation or perjury at any stage shall be disqualified or terminated
iv. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications
