MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION (MTI), MARDAN

VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Mardan Medical Complex, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan, invites applications from qualified and competent candidates for merit-based appointment against the following vacant positions on a contract basis:

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Hospital Director

Qualification:

  • Recognized Master’s Degree in:

    • Hospital Management

    • Health Services Management

    • Business Management

    • Public Health

    • Public Administration

    • Or any other relevant management qualification

Experience:

  • Minimum seven (07) years of experience at a senior management position in:

    • A major teaching hospital, or

    • A recognized organization or institution

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates holding a medical degree will be considered only if they possess:

    • An additional relevant management degree, and

    • The required professional experience as mentioned above

  • Selected candidate shall have no right to private practice

2. Nursing Director

Qualification:

  • BSc Nursing (mandatory)

  • Preferably MSc in Nursing

  • MPH or equivalent management degree will be an added advantage

  • Valid Nursing Council Registration

Experience:

  • Minimum seven (07) years of relevant administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility

Important Notes

  • Any attempt to approach or influence the Selection Committee will result in automatic disqualification

  • The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final, subject to approval of the Board of Governors

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

  • After finalization, no correspondence regarding the recruitment process will be entertained

Terms & Conditions

  1. Services of the selected candidate(s) shall be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations

  2. Upon appointment, the candidate shall become a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from any previous employment, including:

    • Local or foreign organizations

    • Civil Service of any Government

  3. Any candidate found guilty of misrepresentation or perjury at any stage shall be disqualified or terminated

  4. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of submission of applications
