VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Mardan Medical Complex, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan, invites applications from qualified and competent candidates for merit-based appointment against the following vacant positions on a contract basis:

Available Positions

1. Hospital Director

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Recognized Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant management discipline

  • Minimum 07 years of experience in a senior management position in a major teaching hospital, organization, or institution

  • Candidates holding a medical degree may also be considered, provided they possess an additional management degree and the required professional experience as mentioned above

  • The selected candidate shall have no right to private practice

2. Nursing Director

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Advanced degree in Nursing (BScN); preferably MSc in Nursing

  • Valid Nursing Council registration

  • MPH or equivalent management degree will be considered an added advantage

  • Minimum 07 years of relevant administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility

Important Notes

  • Any attempt to approach or influence the Selection Committee will result in automatic disqualification

  • The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

  • After the final decision, no correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained

Terms & Conditions

i. The service of the selected candidate shall be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations
ii. Upon appointment, the candidate shall become a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from their current employment (local or foreign), including civil service of any government
iii. Any candidate found guilty of misrepresentation or perjury at any stage shall be disqualified or terminated
iv. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications
