In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of International, Financial Institutions & Remittances based in Karachi.

The individuals who fulfill the below basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

01 Position / Job Title Asset Liability Management Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to Wing Head - International Treasury & Fund Management
Educational / Professional Qualification • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• Candidates having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Marketing and / or have relevant certification will be preferred
Experience • Minimum 03 years of banking and / or financial sector experience with at least 01 year of experience in MIS
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good understanding of banking operations / SBP regulations and banking law
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with strict deadlines. Team player, goal oriented & result driven
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities • To maintain record of financial transactions
• To compile MIS for financial transactions and its analysis pertaining to international branch positions
• To ensure reconciliation of financial records, entries and reconciliation with counterpart banks
• To collect profit information from branches and ensure profit repatriation in line with SBP Governance Framework
• To collect Risk management reports from international branches, its compilation and submission to SBP
• To collect placement reports from branches and its compilation
• To collect borrowings report from branches and its compilation
• To collect investment reports from branches and its compilation
• To manage deals with international institutions and support external funding arrangements
• To compile, validate and analyze monthly data from international branches and maintain management dashboards
• To prepare presentations and reports using data analysis tools, Power Point and dashboard models
• To handle queries from ministries, regulators, SBP and other stakeholders relating to FC Assignment Accounts and facilitating for arrangement of NOC of SBP for local branches
• To ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and maintain proper records
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s)
Assessment Test / Interview(s) Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or interview(s)
Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
