Legal Consultant Position - PCSIR Job Opportunity

Position Details

Title of Post: Legal Consultant (Lump-sum package - negotiable)

Number of Posts: 02

Place of Posting: Karachi / Peshawar

Maximum Age Limit: 60 years

Minimum Qualification and Other Requirements

Education: Minimum LLB degree

Experience: Minimum 25 years' experience which includes High Court, Supreme Court in Civil, Taxation, Corporate, Company & Banking Law.

Preference: Candidates having adequate experience of legal consultant or adviser or counsel in Public Sector Organizations and reputable private sector organizations shall be given due preference.

Field/Discipline: Law

Terms & Conditions

  1. PCSIR is an equal opportunity employer; female candidates are encouraged to apply.

  2. Appointment shall be made purely on contract basis, initially for a period of 12 months, extendable on satisfactory performance.

  3. Applicants having higher qualification and excellent academic career will be preferred.

  4. Candidates having any 3rd division will not be considered.

  5. Those already in Government Service may apply through proper channel.

  6. Selection will be made purely on merit basis; only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  7. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.

  8. Rules and Regulations of PCSIR for recruitment will be applicable.

  9. The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and to postpone or stop the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
