CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) is a public sector company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is mandated to establish, organize, manage, operate, and regulate cattle markets across the Province of Punjab.

PCMMDC invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, motivated, and dedicated professionals for the following position at its Head Office, Lahore.

Position Details

Position Title: Law Officer

Number of Positions: 01
Maximum Age Limit: 40 years

Qualification & Experience

Academic Qualification:

  • LLB / LLB (Hons) / LLM from a HEC-recognized university

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of active legal practice as an Advocate in lower courts

  • Mandatory possession of High Court License

  • Strong command and practical experience in corporate law, particularly laws governing Public Sector Companies

Mandatory Documentation (At Interview Stage)

Candidates must present the following documents at the time of interview:

  • Experience certificates issued by the concerned President Bar, duly countersigned by the concerned Sessions Judge

  • Attested copies of:

    • Valid Punjab Bar Council License

    • Advocate Enrollment Certificate

Compensation Package

  • An attractive, market-based salary package along with other benefits will be offered

  • Compensation will be governed by the Service Structure and HR Policy/Manual of PCMMDC
