JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for appointment on the following positions on a project basis at NUML, Islamabad.

1. Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

A. Language Experts

Languages Required:

  • Chinese

  • German

  • Japanese

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

  • Preference: Candidates with proven experience in translation work in the respective language(s).

B. Research Assistant

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s or BS (4 years) degree in any field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

C. Accountant

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • B.Com / BS Accounting & Finance / BS Economics from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts or audit in public or private sector organizations.

Preference:

  • Experience in accounts and audit within universities or educational institutions.

D. Computer Assistant

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a one-year diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institution.

  • At least two years of hands-on experience in computer operation and office automation.

E. Sub Engineer (Civil)

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government Polytechnic Institute.

  • Minimum two years’ experience in civil works including construction, maintenance of buildings/roads, or related services in a Government Department or Autonomous Body.

F. LDC (Lower Division Clerk)

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Intermediate (FA/FSc) with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.

Preference:

  • Experience in university or educational institutions.

  • Proficiency in computer handling, especially MS Office.

G. Naib Qasid

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Literate, with relevant work experience.

2. Conditions
