POSITIONS VACANT on CONTRACT basis
Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is looking for Competent & Suitable Candidates for appointment against following Positions on Contract basis.
MANAGER (Corporate Affairs)
- MBA / M.Sc / LLM or Equivalent (Preferably from Foreign University)
- At least 10 Years Experience of Corporate Affairs in Reputable Organization
- Conversant with Companies Act, Trade i Commercial Laws, SECP Rules & Code of Corporate Governance
- Ability to handle Board / AGMs I Committees Meeting. Publication of Brochures i Documentaries & Advertisements
- Experience of Compliance i.e. Govt Audits, Regulators like SECP, KCCI etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP & Verbal / Written Communication Skills
- Age: Up to 50 Years
MANAGER (Legal Affairs)
- LLM or Equivalent (Preferably from Foreign University). Must be a Practicing Member / Registered Advocate of Bar Council and High Courts of Pakistan.
- 8-10 Years Experience of Legal support on Corporate / Labour/ Employees matters.
- Good Knowledge of application of Company Act, Contract Act, SIRA, Standing Orders Act, PPRA. Labour Codes (Wages Act, WPPF etc.)
- Experience of Compliance i.e Govt Audits, Regulators like SECP, KCCI etc.
- Conversant with Scrutiny of Contracts, Deeds, Title Documents of Properties, Monitoring of Civil / Criminal / Tax Litigation & Judicial Proceedings
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP & Verbal / Written Communication Skills
- Age: Up to 45 Year
ASSISTANT MANAGER (Tech)
- BE (Mech) DAE (Mechanical)
- Minimum 05 years experience in relevant field in reputable organization
- Candidate having experience of ship repair will be given preference
- Age: Up to 45 years (Relaxable for extraordinary candidates)
