POSITIONS VACANT

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is looking for suitable candidates for appointment against the following positions on contract basis.

1. General Manager (Human Resources)

 
Detail Description

Qualification Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Master's degree / MBA with specialization in HR or a relevant professional HR qualification will be preferred.
Experience • Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 05–07 years in senior management and leadership positions, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing HR functions within large, complex, corporate, or multi-site organizations.
• Strong experience in HR compliance, governance, risk management, and advising the Board and senior management on strategic HR matters.
• Must be well-versed in applicable HR policies, employment regulations, and labour laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage.
Age Up to 55 years (relaxable for outstanding candidates)

2. AM (Spot Purchase)

Qualification Graduation / Intermediate from a recognized institution.
Experience • Minimum 03 years for Graduate candidates; 10–15 years for Intermediate candidates having experience of procurement in a reputable Govt. organization / SOE will be preferred.
• Must have good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office / ERP.
Age Up to 55 years

3. Office Assistant

Qualification Graduate from HEC-recognized institution.
Experience • At least 03 years of experience in office administration, record keeping, and document control.
• Candidates having strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP / IFS applications will be preferred.
Age Up to 45 years
