Vacancy Announcement

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following vacant position. Applicants must:

  • Hold domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Jamshoro

  • Have successfully passed the Graduation Category Test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Service (STS)

  • Submit applications within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement

Position Details

Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

Number of Vacancies: 02
Age Limit: 21 to 33 years

Required Qualifications

  1. Graduation with at least Second Division from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  2. Six (06) months MS Office Certificate Course from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

General Instructions & Terms

  1. Eligible candidates must apply through the official Government of Sindh Job Portal:

  2. Applicants must have passed the IBA Sukkur Testing Service (STS) Graduation Category Test with at least 40% marks and must possess a valid STS certificate.

  3. Applications submitted before the enforcement of Recruitment Rules 2024 dated 16-10-2024 shall be considered as per previous rules (effective from 30-11-2021). However, after the enforcement of the new rules, age relaxation of five (5) years will be counted from 12-05-2025 as per Services, General Administration & Coordination Department notification SO(SGA&CD) 04/2011 (Part).

  4. Initial appointments shall be made in accordance with the Government of Sindh Recruitment Policy and applicable rules.

  5. Candidates already serving in Government departments must apply through proper channel and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC). The original NOC must be presented at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Appointment will be made in accordance with the Government of Sindh Recruitment Policy notified on 26-04-2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, including amendments made from time to time.

  7. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interview with original documents as per the schedule uploaded on the Government of Sindh Job Portal.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
