Job Vacancies Announcement

The Directorate General (Monitoring & Evaluation), School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh invites applications from eligible candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for appointment against the following vacant post.

Vacant Position Details

Post Title: Junior Clerk
BPS: 11
Number of Posts: 03
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  • A 6-month certificate in MS Office from:

    • Sindh Board of Technical Education, OR

    • A recognized institute approved by the relevant Technical Board.

Important Instructions

  2. Applicants must have passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category) with at least 40% marks, conducted by:

    • SIBA Testing Services (STS)
      A valid passing certificate issued by STS is mandatory for eligibility.

  3. The age of the applicant will be calculated as per Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants Rules, on the closing date of submission of applications.

  4. Age Relaxation:
    General age relaxation of up to 5 years is allowed as per Government of Sindh notification issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department vide No. SOII(SGABCD) 1(564)/2011 dated 06-03-2025.

  5. Quota Policy:
    Recruitment shall be made according to the prevailing Government of Sindh quota policy and recruitment rules.

  6. Government employees applying for the post must submit:

    • NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their respective department along with the application, and

    • Produce the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  7. Appointment will be made under:

    • Government of Sindh Recruitment Policy dated 26-04-2023

    • Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and rules framed/amended from time to time.

  8. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms for each post.

  9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  10. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
