INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Candidates are advised to apply online on prescribed Application Form available on National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk). The application forms/ Fee Challan must reach at National Testing Service (NTS), Plot # 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad by Courier Service / Pakistan Post etc. on or before the last date of submission of applications mentioned below.
- Candidates must possess relevant degree/equivalence recognized by HEC. Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.
- Photocopies of educational documents / experience certificates are not required at this stage.
- Candidates are advised to deposit the test fee of Rs. 650/- (Rupees Six Hundred & Fifty only) as prescribed by NTS.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/ interview. No TA/DA will be allowed to the candidates for Test or Interview.
- Candidates appearing in the interview must bring their original credentials (CNIC, educational certificates duly verified by HEC, verified copies of experience certificate(s), card(s) / certificate(s) of registration with professional/respective bodies (PEC/ relevant institute/body etc.), departmental NOC in case the candidate is already working in government department / organization and other relevant documents(s) along with attested copy thereof.
- Candidates may contact NTS for any query/result regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centers, results etc.
- Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect or misleading information / concealment of facts shall be disqualified at any stage, even after employment, with cost.
- The candidates who have been weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds as well as dismissed or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates applying against the minority or disability quota posts have to produce minority/disability certificate from authority concerned.
- Selected candidates will be offered lump-sum pay package on perpetual employment contract with performance-based progression and termination provisions in accordance with applicable policies and contractual terms.
- Candidates, if selected against these positions will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the Company.
- NGC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

Important Announcement
Biometric attendance / verification of all the shortlisted / eligible candidates will be carried out at NTS Test Centers before the start of the written test. Therefore, all the applicants are required to get their finger prints updated in NADRA System otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the written test.
