Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing a domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacant position in the Research & Training Wing, Planning & Development Department, according to the qualification mentioned below, within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement.

Qualification: Graduation in Second Division from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university, and a 6-month IT/Computer Certificate Course in MS Office from a recognized institute.

Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40 marks and must hold a valid certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said position.
The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of application submission in accordance with Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a general upper age relaxation of 5 years will be applicable as per the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD) Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part) dated 06-03-2025.
The quota share reserved for initial appointment will be strictly allocated and followed as per the rules and policies of the Government of Sindh.
Applicants already in government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before submitting their application and must bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to present before the Departmental Selection Committee.
The appointment will be made in accordance with the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023, under the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and its rules as amended from time to time.
Applicants must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with their original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
No TA/DA will be applicable for the interview.

Core Purpose: To provide clerical, administrative, and basic IT support to the Research & Training Wing of the Planning & Development Department.
