Educational Qualification

  • Intermediate from a recognized institution.

Experience Required

  • At least one year of post-qualification experience in field surveys related to mother and child health, including:

    • Antenatal care of mother and child

    • Postnatal care of mother and child

    • Child immunization

Application Submission Procedure

  1. Online Application: Candidates must fill the Online Job Application Form through the STS (SIBA Testing Services) portal at https://apply.sts.net.pk against the advertised positions.

  2. Document Upload: Candidates must upload the following to the portal:

    • CNIC (front and back)

    • Domicile

    • PRC/Form-D

    • Recent photograph

    • All academic documents

    • Experience certificate

  3. Fee Payment: After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable). Payment can be made via:

    • Any Allied Bank Ltd. (ABL) branch

    • My ABL app

    • 1Bill reference number through internet banking of any 1Bill-linked bank

  4. Mobile Number: Candidates must provide an active, non-ported mobile number in the application form (notifications will be sent via SMS alerts).

  5. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation will be observed as per Government policy and rules.

  6. No Manual Applications: STS shall not accept manual/hard copies of the application form, supporting documents, or fee challan. Applications received by post will not be entertained.

  7. No Queries After Admit Slips: No queries shall be entertained after the issuance of admit slips for the MCQs-based written test.

  8. Deadline: Online submission of applications closes on 20 November 2026.

Important Notes

  • Incomplete applications and candidates not possessing the requisite qualification will not be entertained.

  • Fictitious or misleading information shall result in rejection of the application and termination of employment at any stage.

  • The MCQs-based written test date, time, and venue shall be intimated later via SMS alert. All updates (test dates, admit slips, results, etc.) shall also be uploaded on the STS website/portal — candidates must visit it periodically.

  • The position is purely short-term/contingency basis and does not confer any right to regular or permanent employment with the Sindh Bureau of Statistics.

  • Candidates already in Government service / Semi-Government Organizations must apply through the proper channel.

  • The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, postpone, modify, or cancel the recruitment process — in whole or in part — per applicable rules/policy, without assigning any reason.

  • No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview/test.
