1. POSITION TITLE: Project Director

• Grade/Scale: PPS-10

• Total Vacancies: 01

• Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in Management, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Preference for candidates with professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the Public or Private Sector.

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership/management role.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale development projects.
