## Job Overview

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services (RTPS) Commission is inviting online applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for positions filled on a pure contract basis. Testing and screening will be conducted via the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

## Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Infrastructure Specialist (BPS-17)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 40–45 years

  • Zonal Quota: Distributed across Merit, Zone-1 (1), Zone-2 (1), Zone-3 (1), Zone-4 (1), and Zone-5 (1).

  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

    • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification relevant IT experience in the public/private sector or local/international agencies/departments.

2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 18–30 years

  • Zonal Quota: General Zone-5 (1), with consideration for Disable, Women, and Minority quotas.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • FA / F.Sc (Intermediate) with at least a Second Division (D grade) from a recognized Board.

    • Computer typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (w.p.m.).

## Key Terms & Conditions

  • Provisional Appearance: Candidature is provisional based on online data. Any fake/forged documentation or ineligibility detected at any stage will result in instant cancellation.

  • Document Verification: Original documents must be produced at the time of the ETEA screening test/interview. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

  • NOC Requirement: Candidates already employed in public or private sector organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer during the interview.

  • Quota Allocation: 15% quota for Women, 5% for Disabled persons, and 5% for Minorities will be strictly observed as per government rules.

  • Foreign Degrees: Candidates holding foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  • General: No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview. The Commission reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the vacancies at any stage.

## How to Apply

  1. Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to fill out the application form.

  2. Fee Deposit Slip: After submitting the form, generate and print the prescribed UBL online deposit slip (containing your token number and personal information).

  3. Fee Payment: Deposit the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa App, an authorized Easypaisa Agent, or at any UBL branch.

  4. Keep Proof: Retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip (stamped by the bank or payment receipt) and bring it with you on the test day.

  5. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will receive an SMS from ETEA to download their Roll Number slips from the website. (Note: Do not provide a ported/converted mobile number to ensure SMS delivery).

  6. Testing Method: The screening test will be conducted via a computerized testing system at designated ETEA test centers. Exact dates, times, and venues will be printed on the Roll No. slip.
