CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

The Bank of Khyber (BOK) is looking to onboard exceptionally strong, experienced, and goal-oriented professionals for the role of Hub Managers – Commercial & SME for the Bank’s Multan and Islamabad / Gilgit-Baltistan regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of Pakistan’s premier financial institutions and contribute to the strategic development of its Commercial and SME Banking sectors.

?? Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Minimum required qualification is Graduation.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Economics / Business from an HEC-recognized university.

In case of a foreign qualification, candidates must possess a valid HEC equivalency certificate.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME / Retail Banking, with a strong focus on:

Credit evaluations

Strategic development

Trade sales and marketing

Preference will be given to candidates having Islamic Banking experience.

Age Limit:

As per the Bank’s HR Policies.

?? Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Team Leaders (TLs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve business targets across the assigned regions.

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies/procedures of the Bank.

Design, develop, and execute business strategies to drive growth in Commercial & SME financing.

Ensure that all credit and trade activities adhere to Shariah-compliant standards (where applicable).

Understand and implement SBP and Government SME schemes/initiatives to boost SME sector growth.

Foster strong and sustainable customer relationships to support long-term profitability and business development.

Identify area-wise strategic opportunities and ensure effective monitoring of branch-level operations and targets.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Management.

Multan

Islamabad / Gilgit-Baltistan

These positions will report directly to the Group Head – Commercial, SME & Agriculture Finance.

?? Compensation

A market-based remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
