BOK Currency Exchange Company (Pvt.) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Khyber, is seeking to onboard applications from highly skilled and experienced candidates for the following positions.

POSITION 1: Manager Information Technology

  • Location: Peshawar

  • Reporting to: [Insert, e.g., Chief Executive Officer / Head of Operations]

  • Role Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, managing software development cycles, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. Key duties include network administration, database management, cybersecurity protocol implementation, and leading IT projects to enhance operational efficiency.

POSITION 2: Officer Information Technology

  • Location: Peshawar

  • Reporting to: Manager Information Technology

  • Role Summary: The Officer IT will provide day-to-day technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, troubleshoot network issues, and assist in the implementation of IT policies. The role requires hands-on experience with system backups, user access management, and coordination with external vendors for technology upgrades.

POSITION 3: Manager General Services & Administration

  • Location: Peshawar

  • Reporting to: [Insert, e.g., Chief Financial Officer / Head of HR]

  • Role Summary: This position is responsible for managing all administrative and general services functions, including facility management, fleet operations, office security, housekeeping, and staff welfare. The Manager will ensure cost-effective service delivery, compliance with health and safety standards, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the organization.

POSITION 4: Manager Procurement

  • Location: Peshawar

  • Reporting to: [Insert, e.g., Chief Financial Officer / Head of Supply Chain]

  • Role Summary: The Manager Procurement will oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle, from vendor sourcing and tendering to contract negotiation and inventory management. Responsibilities include ensuring transparency, cost optimization, and compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. The role also involves vendor performance evaluation and strategic sourcing to support business continuity.
