Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) comprises the following constituent units:

SIHS is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Head of Corporate Services

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Experience Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of post-qualification work experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a renowned tertiary care hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate service operations and strategic initiatives for SIHS.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and patients.

  • Conduct market liaison, negotiations, and assess corporate service market trends.

  • Prepare proposals for potential corporate clients and drive client acquisition.

  • Strategically plan to increase annual corporate revenue and achieve patient growth targets.

  • Strong networking with corporate organizations to support institutional goals.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.

  • Analytical thinking to drive growth and performance metrics.

2. Lecturer / Senior Nursing Lecturer

Educational Qualification:

  • Post RN BSN or BSN (Generic).

  • Teaching experience in the following areas is preferred:

    • Adult Health Nursing (I & II)

    • Anatomy and Physiology (I & II)

    • Mental Health Nursing

    • Community Health Nursing (I, II & III)

    • Teaching Methodologies

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching or clinical experience in nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and practical training to nursing students.

  • Mentor and guide students in clinical and theoretical learning.

  • Maintain academic records and contribute to curriculum development.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong teaching and mentoring skills.

  • Ability to integrate clinical experience with educational instruction.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
