MEDICAL OFFICER – (Primary Healthcare Centre)

MBBS and Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine (MCPS/MRCGP/Diploma in Family Medicine) or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience of at least 3 years. Clinical experience in primary care/postgraduate training in family health care setup.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

MPhil degree from a recognized university along with 2–3 years of research experience as a Research Associate or equivalent role. Candidate should have strong knowledge of research methodology including study design and data collection. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R) with demonstrated experience in handling quantitative data is preferred. Knowledge of research and ethics approval processes (IRB/ERC submissions) is an advantage.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT / FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Diploma in General Nursing / LPN / Medical Technician from an HEC and PNC-recognized institute along with 1 year relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably from a patient-facing / front desk experience in a healthcare setup.

ASSISTANT MANAGER HVAC (AIR CONDITIONING)

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 3–5 years post-qualification experience of managing HVAC equipment and central air-conditioning systems.

ASSISTANT MANAGER HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably holding a certification in Housekeeping / Facility Management, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience in managing housekeeping in a healthcare or hospital environment. Proficiency in MS Office and leadership skills is essential.

Requirement for Faculty appointments: Level III or Level IV qualification which commensurate with the PM&DC / HEC / Nursing Council’s approved criteria for appointment and promotions are required.
