PAKISTAN REINSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED (PRCL)

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions, offering a market-competitive salary package. Candidates must meet the required qualifications, possess relevant experience, and fall within the specified age limit.

1. Head of Claims (MSPS-8)

• No. of Vacancies: 01

• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Minimum Qualification and Experience (any one of the following):

• a) Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six (06) years of experience in a general insurance/reinsurance company(ies), Takaful operator(s), and/or insurance/reinsurance broker(s). Preference will be given to candidates having experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.

• b) Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Insurance/Risk Management/Actuarial Science/Commerce/Economics or Finance from an HEC-recognized university, or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Diploma (CII), with at least eight (08) years of experience in a general insurance/reinsurance company(ies), Takaful operator(s), and/or insurance/reinsurance broker(s). Preference will be given to candidates having experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.

2. Head of Retrocession (MSPS-7)

• No. of Vacancies: 01

• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Minimum Qualification and Experience (any one of the following):

• a) Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six (06) years of experience in a general insurance/reinsurance company(ies), Takaful operator(s), and/or insurance/reinsurance broker(s). Preference will be given to candidates having experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.

• No. of Vacancies: 01

• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Minimum Qualification and Experience (any one of the following):

• a) Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six (06) years of experience in a general insurance company(ies) or Takaful operator(s), including at least three (3) years in the Risk Management Department.

• b) Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Insurance and Risk Management/Commerce/Finance from an HEC-recognized university, or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Diploma (CII), with at least eight (08) years of experience in a general insurance company(ies) and/or Takaful operator(s), including at least four (4) years in the Risk Management Department.
