CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN BANKING

We invite applications for the following positions in our Consumer Banking Group:

Position 1: Head - Agriculture Credit (Consumer Banking Group)

Grade Band-3 to Band-2
Location Lahore

Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the growth of the Bank's agriculture book in line with the business plan and objectives.

  • Encourage program-based lending suited to customers' needs.

  • Liaison with other business units for business leads and ensure achievement of financial and non-financial objectives.

  • Identify business opportunities, structure proposals, negotiate terms, and determine security arrangements.

  • Ensure Credit Discipline is maintained in line with policies and procedures.

  • Monitor business performance and compliance with SBP/relevant regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 2: Head - SME (Consumer Banking Group)

Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop SME business plan in line with the Bank's business objectives.

  • Encourage program-based lending suited to the needs of existing and prospective clientele.

  • Implement business plans and strategies to grow funded and non-funded businesses.

  • Identify new business avenues, structure proposals, negotiate terms, and determine security arrangements.

  • Ensure Credit discipline is maintained in line with the Bank's CPM, Policies, and Procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

  • Age: Not more than 55 years as on the date of application.
