Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL)

Position Available:

Head, General Administration

Number of Vacancies: 1


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:
    Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Supervision:

    • Oversee the bank's strategy for acquiring, disposing, leasing, negotiating, and relocating premises.

  2. Infrastructure Management:

    • Supervise the bank's infrastructure, including land, office buildings, and documentation.

  3. Construction and Renovation:

    • Manage construction and renovation projects, including budgeting, timelines, and quality control.

  4. Procurement and Purchasing Oversight:

    • Oversee the procurement and purchasing functions, care-taking, record-keeping, and other related areas.

  5. Security Management:

    • Ensure that all security arrangements are adequate and in place for the safety and security of the bank's assets.

  6. Liaison with Government Agencies:

    • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., environmental regulations, health, and safety standards).

  7. Vendor Management:

    • Select vendors and supervise purchasing processes according to the bank's defined parameters and rules.

  8. Contingency Planning:

    • Develop and maintain contingency plans in the event of a disaster.


Pay Package:

  • Negotiable, depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

  1. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  2. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

  3. High level of adaptability to changing environments.
