Available Positions

1. Head – Building & Works Department (VP-I / VP)

  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
    • Preference for candidates experienced in building construction, supervision, and project management of high-rise buildings, including day-to-day maintenance works (HVAC, Electrical, etc.)
  • Qualification:
    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute/university (National/International).
    • Must be a Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Planning and designing Bank buildings.
    • Monitoring, supervision, and execution of civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
    • Renting out surplus spaces in Bank-owned buildings.
    • Hiring buildings for branch offices.
    • Administration and allotment of flats in Bank colonies.
    • Ensuring compliance with audit paras and State Bank of Pakistan observations.
    • Liaison with line departments at Head Office and field.
    • Preparation of CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
    • Assisting management in policy decisions.
    • Performing any other tasks assigned by management.

2. Officer – Assets & Logistics (OG-II)

  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institute/university (National/International).
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Tagging and coding of fixed assets at Head Office.
    • Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
    • Auctioning or disposal of dead stock articles.
    • Procurement, installation, and maintenance of CCTV systems, Capex machinery, and security equipment.
    • Management of furniture and fixture requirements for branches and HO.
    • Preparing demands/files with approvals for submission to Procurement Department.
    • Reviewing bidding documents and participating in bid evaluation committees.
    • Ensuring compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
    • Performing any other tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Maximum Age Limit:
    • VP-I/VP: 45 years
    • OG-II: 35 years
  2. Remuneration: Market-competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
