About Pak EXIM

EXIM Bank of Pakistan (Pak EXIM) is Pakistan's official Export Credit Agency (ECA), established to strengthen the country's export competitiveness. The bank provides innovative trade finance, credit insurance, guarantees, and risk mitigation solutions to support exporters, financial institutions, and strategic industries.

Pak EXIM is seeking highly motivated professionals for its high-performance team, committed to driving meaningful economic impact for Pakistan.

1. Group Head Strategy, Transformation & Assurance

Qualification

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Strategy, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a leading international or local university recognized by HEC Pakistan.

  • Desirable: Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience, preferably in banking, DFIs, multilateral financial institutions, or corporate entities.

  • At least 5 years in a senior strategy, corporate planning, or advisory capacity.

  • Strong track record of cross-functional engagement and consensus-building.

2. Manager / Assistant Manager – Treasury Front Office (KHI)

Qualification

  • Minimum: Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline from a leading international or local university recognized by HEC Pakistan.

  • Added advantage: ACI Certificate / CFA Level 1 / NIBAF Treasury Certificate.

Experience

  • Assistant Manager: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.

  • Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience must be in the Treasury of a bank/DFI/NBFI or an FMAP-accredited brokerage house.

3. Officer / Junior Officer – Administration (ISB)

Qualification

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, or DAE in Civil Engineering, or other related fields from a leading local or international university recognized by HEC Pakistan.

Experience

  • Officer: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Junior Officer: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in Administration/General Services, preferably in a bank/DFI, public sector organization, or established corporate entity.
