CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Hazara Electric Supply Company Ltd (HAZECO) invites online applications from eligible candidates for various positions on a one (01) year contract basis, extendable on satisfactory performance. The positions offer lump sum pay equivalent to initial BPS scales but are non-regular and non-pensionable.

🔹 Available Positions

1. SDO / Assistant Manager

  • Equivalent Scale: BPS-17

  • Qualification:

    • BE/BS in Electrical Engineering (Power/Electronics)

    • Minimum 60% marks or 2.5 CGPA from HEC-recognized university

    • Must be registered with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council)

    • Proficient in computer operations with emphasis on MS Office

  • Age Limit: 35 years

  • Total Posts: 10

  • Quota:

    • Merit: 7.5%

    • Punjab (incl. ICT): 50%

    • Sindh: 19%

    • KPK: 11.5%

    • Balochistan

2. Revenue Officer

  • Equivalent Scale: BPS-17

  • Qualification:

    • MBA / M.Com / M.Sc. (Computer Science) / M.Sc. / MA in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics

    • At least two 1st Divisions in academic career

    • Proficient in MS Office

  • Age Limit: 35 years

  • Total Posts: 2

  • Quota:

    • GB: 1%

    • Ex-FATA: 3%

    • AJK: 2%

3. Commercial Assistant

  • Equivalent Scale: BPS-15

  • Qualification:

    • BBA (Finance) / B.Com

    • At least 50% marks

    • Strong knowledge of auditing, advanced accounting, and MS Office

  • Age Limit: 33 years

  • Total Posts: 63

  • Quota: Must be domiciled in HAZECO service area

4. Line Superintendent-II

  • Equivalent Scale: BPS-14

  • Qualification:

    • DAE (3 years) in Electrical / Electronics (1st Division)

    • From recognized polytechnic institute

  • Age Limit: 33 years

  • Total Posts: 43

  • Quota: Hazara Division

📌 Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates will appear in ETEA screening test; final eligibility will be verified later.

  2. ETEA profile creation and NADRA E-Sahulat CNIC verification are mandatory before applying.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters.

  4. Screening test will be conducted by ETEA.

  5. All positions are contractual, non-pensionable, and non-regular.

  6. Posting may be anywhere within HAZECO’s service jurisdiction.

  7. Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria by the application deadline.

  8. Candidates awaiting results cannot apply.

  9. PEC registration is required for engineers.

  10. General age relaxation is included; no additional age relaxation.

  11. Applicants employed in Govt./Semi-Govt. must apply via proper channel with NOC.

  12. Separate applications and fees are required for multiple posts.

  13. No TA/DA will be provided.

  14. Dismissed or criminal-record candidates are not eligible.

  15. Misrepresentation or concealment will lead to disqualification.

  16. HEC equivalence certificate is mandatory for foreign degrees.

  17. Errors in the number of posts are subject to correction.

  1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online from May 6, 2025.

  2. After applying, download the deposit slip (with token number & personal info).

  3. Submit the non-refundable test fee via:

    • EasyPaisa App / Agent

    • JazzCash App

    • Any UBL Bank via UBL Omni agent

  4. Retain the original bank-stamped deposit slip (candidate copy).

  5. Do not send documents to ETEA unless requested after the screening test.

  6. Last Date to Apply Online: May 23, 2025

  7. ETEA will notify candidates via SMS for Roll No. Slip download.

  8. Do not use ported/converted numbers.

  9. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

  10. No postal call letters will be sent.
