1 Town Planner BCRP (City & Regional Planning) 25 1-5 years in Urban & Regional Planning. Must be registered with Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP). - Planning and development of urban and regional infrastructure.
2 Architect Bachelor of Architecture 25 1-6 years as Architect. Must be registered with Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP). - Designing, planning, and managing architectural projects.
3 Quantity Surveyor Essential: DAE (C)
Preferred: B.Tech (C)		 20 Minimum 10-15 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor on infrastructure and building projects. Strong knowledge of Schedules of Rates, estimation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis. Proficient in MS Office with the ability to draft reports and progress updates for senior management. - Estimation and cost analysis for infrastructure and building projects.
