CAREER OPPORTUNITY: GENERAL MANAGER SECURITY

Pakistan Steel Mills invites applications from highly disciplined, experienced, and dedicated professionals for the high-level executive position of General Manager (Security) on a contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

  • Academic Qualification: Minimum Graduation degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  • Professional Background: Must be a Retired Officer from the Pakistan Armed Forces holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (or its equivalent rank in the Pakistan Navy/Air Force).

  • Service Record: An exemplary, unblemished, and good service record is mandatory.

  • Age Limit: The maximum upper age limit for this position is 55 years (calculated at the time of application).

Key Responsibilities

The selected executive will head the entire security apparatus of the enterprise and will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the Overall In-charge of the Security Department of Pakistan Steel Mills.

  • Strategizing, managing, and resolving all critical matters pertaining to institutional security issues.

  • Maintaining seamless, high-level coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and district administrations.

  • Monitoring and supervising comprehensive security operations, advanced surveillance systems, and active field patrolling protocols.

  • Actively pursuing security-related legal matters, property encroachments, and breach investigations before Courts of Law and state investigation agencies.

Employment Terms & Compensation

  • Tenure: The appointment will be made initially on a 01-Year Contract Basis. Any future extension will be granted strictly based on performance evaluation.

  • Salary Package: Market-competitive remuneration, tailored in accordance with the selected candidate's specific depth of experience and technical skill set.
