Organization Overview

Our client is a leading mineral sector organization, wholly owned by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. The organization is seeking talented professionals with extensive experience in the mineral industry to fill the following positions.

Position Details

  • Location: Quetta and TTC Dalbandin

  • Contract Type: Three-year contract (extendable based on satisfactory performance)

General Manager (HR) EG-IX 1 MBA (HR) from a reputable university recognized by HEC, or higher qualification in Human Resource from a reputable national or international institute 20–25 years post-qualification 40–50
General Manager (Technical) EG-IX 1 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering in Mining/Metallurgy/Electrical/Mechanical/Geology/Geophysics, registered with PEC 20–25 years post-qualification 40–50
Manager TTC EG-VI 1 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering in Mining/Metallurgy/Electrical/Mechanical, registered with PEC 7–10 years post-qualification 25–35

Additional Information

  1. Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates who meet all the aforementioned criteria will be further interviewed.
