Application Requirements & Documentation

Candidates must attach attested photocopies of the following credentials with their application:

1. Academic & Professional Certificates

  • 5-Year Professional MBBS Detail Marks Certificates (DMC) & Official Transcript

  • Attempt Certificate

  • House Job Certificate

  • FCPS Part-I Congratulation Letter

  • HEC / PMDC / PMC Equivalency Certificate (Only required for candidates with foreign qualifications)

2. Personal Identification & Experience

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Valid Domicile

  • Certificates of Work Experience (if applicable)

  • Research Publications (Published in International or Pakistani Journals, if any)

  • Three (3) copies of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

  • Three (3) recent passport-size photographs
