? Role Overview:

The Executive Secretary will serve as a key administrative support professional to the Chairperson, ensuring the smooth operation of executive-level functions and responsibilities. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational capabilities.

?? Key Responsibilities:

??? Manage and coordinate the Chairperson’s daily agenda

?? Handle the full range of administrative tasks required in an executive office

?? Assist in planning and scheduling of:

Appointments

Board meetings

Conferences

?? Draft and manage professional communication on behalf of the Chairperson
