SITUATION VACANT

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) is a premier, reliable state-owned power generation entity operating high-efficiency combined cycle power plants with a cumulative capacity of over 2400 MW (including 1223 MW and 1230 MW plants at Balloki, Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, Jhang).

Applications are invited from highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals to fill the following corporate positions:

2. Project Director (PD) 01 20–35 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.Experience: 20+ years of robust experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy project management.Skills: Exceptional leadership track record and a deep, sound knowledge of public procurement regulatory frameworks.
3. Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) 01 20–36 Years Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience: 15+ years of total corporate experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive HR leadership role.Skills: Expertise in establishing HR functions from scratch and aligning government structures with modern human capital practices.
4. Analyst 01 20–36 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related analytical field.Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.Skills: Advanced corporate analytical skills combined with deep software proficiency in data applications.
